Truly enjoyed how comfortable and absolutely amazing the property was and its very welcoming staff with a special request. The rooms were light filled and quiet in general, on level 1. My room included an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. The location was excellent right near everything.

Everything was great and within 19 minutes' drive of Springhill airport. The room was new-fashioned and spotless, and the pool was a great one.

Beds were too hard.

I recently had a medical emergency during my stay and the staff at West End Motor Lodge were incredibly helpful and understanding. They quickly assisted me in contacting emergency services and extended my check-out time without any hassle. Their genuine concern for my well-being made a difficult situation much easier. The room I stayed in was spacious and the price was reasonable for the area. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and I appreciated the added convenience of a microwave for self-catering. I would highly recommend West End Motor Lodge for a comfortable and accommodating stay.

The cost of the room is too high to justify having to pay extra for wifi, which was a poor connection and dropped out several times during an international Skype call.

We found the Anita okay within itself, but found it very noisy. There were a group of golfers staying there and they were very noisy in the carpark early in the morning - no consideration for others staying in the motel. From about 6 A.M. they were talking loudly and yelling at each other and this continued until about 8 A.M. until they left for the golf-course. Would reconsider staying at this location because of this
